Final parcel review
Superbuy Before Shipping Checklist
This is the last practical checkpoint before paying international freight. Use it to confirm the parcel is ready, the items are approved, the route fits the contents and no warehouse issue is being pushed into a problem after delivery.

QC Approved
Every item should have enough warehouse photo evidence. Expensive, sized or fragile products need stronger photo coverage before shipment.
Item Count
Confirm the parcel includes the intended items and excludes returned, exchanged, cancelled or low-value rows you no longer want.
Packaging Choice
Decide whether to remove boxes, add corner protection, request waterproof packaging or use rehearsal packaging for better numbers.
Route Fit
Check route restrictions, delivery speed, tracking quality, destination rules and whether the parcel should be split.
Do Not Ship Yet If
- A QC photo is missing for a detail that affects accept or return.
- The parcel contains restricted items that may remove route options.
- The declared contents do not match the item mix.
- Volume weight is unknown and the parcel is bulky.
- A seller return or exchange request is still active.
Recommended Order
Approve QC first, then confirm item count, then decide packaging, then compare shipping routes, then check declaration notes, then pay freight. Changing this order often creates extra support messages or avoidable shipping cost.
